📅 June 7–14 | 📍 Burleigh Heads, Mondrian Gold Coast & HOTA
Curated by surf filmmaker Taylor Steele, the Solento Surf Festival debuts on the Gold Coast with an 8-day celebration of surf, film, art, and music. It kicks off with a community surf contest at Burleigh Heads on June 7, followed by live music, a beach bar, and local food vendors. From June 12–14, the Mondrian Gold Coast hosts surf film screenings, panel conversations, and live music. A filmmaking masterclass at HOTA rounds out the week.

📅 June 21–22 | 📍 Kingscliff Beach, NSW
Just a short drive south, Seas The Day returns for its third and biggest year. This vibrant, empowering festival welcomes women of all abilities to participate in surf competitions, wellness workshops, and inspiring talks. The event features dynamic hubs with keynote speakers covering topics from career success to mental well-being, as well as immersive workshops like yoga and breathwork.
