We want you stoked with your gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at SHORE SET.
30-day change-of-mind returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with any tags attached. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email hello@shoreset.com.au with your order number and we'll send return instructions. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your cost (use a tracked service; we can't be responsible for items lost on the way back). Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days.
Hygiene & safety items
We can't accept change-of-mind returns once a protective seal or packaging is opened (e.g. surf wax, or traction pads once the adhesive backing is removed), unless the item is faulty.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Check your order on arrival and contact us straight away if anything is defective, damaged or wrong. We'll make it right and cover return postage on faulty or incorrect items.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss, and to repair or replacement if goods aren't of acceptable quality and the failure isn't major.
Non-returnable
Gift cards and clearly marked final-sale items, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
